Abacus and Jasper's we strive to bring you the finest wines. The Abacus wine list received
Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2006 was voted
as one of the Best New Wine Lists in America by Food and
Wine Magazine, June 2000. Our variety of domestic and global wines
will surely please any palate.
We want our guests to be educated about the wines we serve
and the natural pairing of great wines with exquisite foods. Each
month we will have a wine tasting dinner. Our chefs will pair our cuisine with greats like Silver Oak, Opus One, Lewis, Robert Mondavi, ZD, Banfi, Bookwalter, Merry Edwards, Sterling, and Duckhorn, Chalk Hill and many more.
